Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Blue Cypress Landscaping LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Blue Cypress Landscaping LLC provides professional landscaping services including but not limited to:

• Lawn maintenance and mowing
• Landscape design and installation
• Tree and shrub care
• Irrigation system installation and maintenance
• Commercial grounds maintenance
• HOA and property management services

Service Agreements

All landscaping services are subject to a separate service agreement that outlines specific terms, pricing, and scope of work. The service agreement, when signed, becomes a binding contract between you and Blue Cypress Landscaping LLC.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
• For one-time services, payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed
• For recurring services, payment is due as specified in your service agreement
• Late payments may be subject to a service fee
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards

Scheduling and Access

You agree to provide reasonable access to your property for scheduled services. If access is not available, we reserve the right to reschedule. Weather-related delays may affect service schedules, and we will make reasonable efforts to complete work as soon as conditions permit.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy includes:

• 24-hour notice required for cancellation of scheduled services
• Recurring service contracts may be cancelled with 30 days written notice
• Deposits for large projects may be non-refundable after work has commenced

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind our work. Plant materials installed by Blue Cypress Landscaping LLC are guaranteed for 90 days under normal conditions and with proper care. This warranty does not cover damage from extreme weather, pests, or neglect. Workmanship is guaranteed for one year from the date of completion.

Limitation of Liability

Blue Cypress Landscaping LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Insurance

Blue Cypress Landscaping LLC maintains comprehensive general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. Certificates of insurance are available upon request.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
